Prevalence of Global Military, Economic, Cultural and Patriarchal Dominance

Globalisation is a reality on every level, not just the economic. The proliferation of small arms spans the globe, just as Coca-Cola and McDonald’s do. The question is, how do we create a just world order that is built by and for the people, that relies upon local knowledge and respects local rights and culture.

Pax Christi International contributes to the process towards a Just World Order, in order to counter the growing prevalence of global military, economic and cultural dominance, and to emancipate people to be able to resist, and to envisage a world where war is not used as the means to resolve conflicts.
