Specifically on the ground in Goma on 13 July, our member organisation "Africa Reconciled", in collaboration with the youth parliament of North Kivu, launched activities on active nonviolence  under the theme: "Active nonviolence before, during and after the elections". The elections are scheduled for December 2018 in DR Congo.

More than 200 youth parliamentarians (young women and men) participated in this activity.

The activities will continue in the 18 districts of the city of Goma for one year.
