In a troubled world characterised by intolerance and lack of harmony, the Buddhist spirit can help us rediscover the essence of our humanity, both in society and within ourselves.

Venerable Phra Raj Visuddhivides was born in Bangkok in 1959, entered the monastery in 1971, obtained a Ph D Philosophy at Madras University (India) and received his honorary title from King Rama X in 2017. He has lived in Belgium since 1998, serving the Thai community and all who call upon him for guidance, meditation and assistance. The monk is a member of the National Council of Religious Leaders of Belgium.
