Pax Christi International signs a joint NGO statement on the deteriorating humanitarian situation in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Alongside some positive developments, humanitarian agencies are witnessing a serious deterioration in the safety of civilians and fresh levels of displacement that are even higher than those that made headline news during last year’s Goma crisis.
